I stumbled across this wonderful idea: Muffin Tin Mondays .
I don't have any nice shiny muffin pans, so we just started with liners. Here's last Saturday's lunch: roast beef, American cheese, cranraisins and Cheerios.
My kids love lunchables and don't love sandwiches. But they ate this up. Literally.
