Christmas in Roseland

The kids and I took my Father-in-Law to the American Rose Center a few weeks ago. The light displays are beautiful. The hand-painted giant Christmas cards were phenomenal. And our letters to Santa, well you can read those for yourself. Enjoy our pictures. 100_6904 100_6905 100_6937

What a fun place to go! Those cards are amazing! I love it when other people go to lots of trouble decorating so I get to look at what they've done!!!

This is a first... I don't think I have ever seen crawfish Christmas characters before... only in LA! Thanks for sharing,

Who I Want To Be

Who can find a virtuous wife? For her worth is far above rubies. The heart of her husband safely trusts her; So he will have no lack of gain. She does him good and not evil All the days of her life. She watches over the ways of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness Her children rise up and call her blessed; Her husband also, and he praises her: "Many daughters have done well, But you excell them all." Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, but a women who fears the Lord, she shall be praised. Give her the fruit of her hands, And let her own works praise her in the gates. Proverbs 31:10-31
